Grégory Notebaert is a French composer writing mainly religious music. He composed in particular for the Harmonia Sacra chamber choir from 2001 to 2010. He joined the opera choirs of Ho Chi Minh City in 2015. In 2016, he became deputy musical director of the Ho Chi Minh City International Choir and created the Saigon Chamber Consort, baroque ensemble.
